For Robert and Petra, organic farming isn’t just a trend – it’s the way Robert was trained on his family’s farm in Switzerland. Today they embrace that approach on their farm in Ashton where they sell organic meat and cheese to local restaurants and direct to consumers. Livestock graze freely throughout the property and reproduce in their normal breeding cycles. Robert and Petra emphasize preventative health and natural healing when they can. They believe that healthy, happy animals produce a better product at the end of the day; a difference they say you can taste in the meat and cheese.
